Shipping Policy
Shipping carriers may experience staffing and logistical disruptions. In most cases the package will still be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Please expect delays for all shipping methods. Shipping refunds for late packages has been suspended by the carriers during this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Starting at $10.00 Live rates are provided by the carrier based on the shipping address and items ordered. It can even be absolutely FREE! The more items added to the order, the cheaper it gets. How do you find your shipping rate? Enter you zip/postal code on the Checkout page to find out.
When will I receive my order?
You can receive it in 1 day or you can receive it in 2-7 days. We offer many shipping methods that you get to choose from. What are your choices? Enter your zip/postal code on the Checkout page to find out.
Will I receive my order on the date I select?
The delivery date you select is the estimated scheduled delivery date and not guaranteed. Only "Express" is guaranteed by us. 97% of the time packages are delivered on the delivery date selected, but bare in mind, shipping carriers have a late delivery rate of 3% to 5% due to customs clearance, holidays, delivery location, and weather. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a quicker shipping option.
What happens if my order is late?
If your package arrives later than the date you selected and you no longer need the items, a free return label will be provided for orders where Express shipping methods were chosen. A free return label will not be provided for late packages where Standard, 3 Day Select, or Expedited were chosen. Shipping cost refunds for late packages have been suspended by the carriers at this time. *We will provide shipping cost refunds and return labels for late "Express" packages within or around major city centers only. Shipping cost refunds and return labels for Express orders will not be provided for addresses in extended or out of zone areas. Please allow for 1 or 2 days delay in transit.
Package shows delivered but did not receive it?
Shipping carriers can sometimes scan in deliveries early so your order can still be on its way. Please allow until the end of the day to see if the package arrives. In most cases the package was delivered successfully, and the package is found. Be sure to check with anyone else in the residence or neighbors to see if they took the package. You are responsible to ensure there is a safe place for the carrier to deliver the package. Both the carrier and ourselves are not responsible to stolen packages. If the tracking is marked delivered and you have not received the package, an investigation must be conducted before we can refund or reship the package. If your order is time sensitive, you will need to place another order if the investigation is still ongoing. *Claims for non-delivered packages that show delivered must be made within 3 days of the delivery date on the tracking.

We ship from Canada. International packages may incur additional import taxes and duties upon delivery.

Delivery dates for overseas orders are not guaranteed and delivery can be delayed up to 10 business days or longer due to customs clearance that is outside of both the shipping carriers and our control.

For orders over $800, you must include your personal or business tax ID in your shipping address. You can include the Tax ID in the "Company" address line. Not including these details or not providing them to the carrier when requested, may result in the order being returned and return charges deducted from your refund.

There's no guarantee the shipping carrier will be able to redirect the package to a different address after it's shipped. Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Express 1pm is only available for Mainland North America only. Express 1pm is not available for Hawaii and Alaska.

Free shipping may not be available if the order includes very bulky/heavy items that exponentially increases the shipping charges. Free shipping may also not be available to some addresses if it's considered an out of zone area by the shipping carrier, Typically these zones are far outside of major city center areas. Shipping charges may be exponentially higher and in some cases, higher than the value of the order. In these cases, we are unable to offer free shipping. If the shipping cost exceeds a large portion of the order value, the difference in shipping cost is applied. This can vary depending on the items ordered and delivery address.

If the package is returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect or the package being refused, we will refund for the product returned minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping charges.

Be sure to check received orders in a reasonable amount of time. We must be notified of missing items within 7 calendar days of receipt of the package. Missing item claims after 7 days may not be honored.
